How To Put The Joy Back Into Your Work

How To Put The Joy Back Into Your Work

Can you relate?

Many put their heart and soul into their work and are often unprepared for what follows…

…the normal cycle of failures and successes.

Sure, I could share with you that failures contain lessons to learn, but you’ve heard all that before.

And besides, it’s hardly helpful when you’re in the thick it and compensating for “feeling-things” with an all-out, chocolate muffin binge fest.

I know that’s not just me.

The truth is, it can be disheartening when things go pair-shaped in life and business.

We’ve all been there.

And, sweet success can lure us into a false sense of security.

After all, nothing lasts.

So, what can we do when Mr. Adversity knocks on our door?

In this week’s episode of CarlBTV, I share two easy, actionable tips to you help get out of the “Oh Boy!” and into the “Oh Joy!” in all your relationships, both personal and professional.

When we shift our focus from what our mind is telling us, to how we can help others, we are instantly lifted to a higher energy – one that puts us firmly back in our power to act.

As always, I’d love to hear from you in the comments below. Specifically, your best practices for bringing joy into your work ?

Are there any tips and experiences you’d like to share — whether from your own business or from being someone else’s customer?

Let me know in the comments.

With love & gratitude,

Carl
