How To Stay Focused
We’ve all had moments when it was difficult to focus and get the job done, haven’t we?
Certainly, I have.
It can feel frustrating when we get distracted on the road to success.
We may start to doubt our ability to do the work and reach our goals.
After all our effort — we’ve got little to show for it. No ticked box. No lasting results.
We may feel a dent in our self-confidence and self-trust.
Ouch!
That’s why I’m super excited to share my best strategies to keep you focused.
Watch the video below:
In this week’s episode, we cover three main focus-keeping topics:
- The part of your vision that needs to be crystal clear.
- The one thing you need to close to keep your ‘mojo’ open.
- How to get out of your own way to fully serve your clients.
Once you’ve had a chance to watch, I’d love to hear from you:
- What specific area of your life would benefit most from using these strategies?
- What else do you do to keep yourself genuinely focused — especially when your efforts don’t appear to be paying off?

Great video Carl- thank you!
Hi Cherri, Thank you for your comment. Happy you enjoyed the video. Warmest, Carl
Very nice video Carl. I think we should do something we really love to do, in that case we would not have to force ourselves to stay focused, we would deliberately want to do it. what do you say?
Yes, we should deliberately want to do something, but is only half the battle, me thinks 😉 Ultimately, it’s not the result we want, but rather the feeling that the result will give us. Connecting with the emotion of the result is key to staying focused to achieve it.
