DAY 1 - HOW TO PREPARE AND ORGANISE YOUR RETREAT

- > Create your complete retreat offering (from concept to finished modules).
> Confidently price your retreat (including payment plans).
> Find a fantastic venue, negotiate the best price and manage cash flow & budgeting.
> Legal aspects (including participants and venue agreements).
> Performance Mindset: Managing fears, doubts and unexpected situations effectively. - > Facilitate like a champion and manage all housekeeping aspects to ensure your retreat runs like a well-oiled machine (including catering, timekeeping and interaction with venue management).
- Note: Check-in at Diacceroni Agriturismo is between 9 and 9.30am.
- The morning program starts at 10am.
DAY 2 - HOW TO FIND AND ATTRACT THE RIGHT AUDIENCE

THE LOCATION IN TUSCANY
The Diacceroni Villa is a brand new luxurious house situated in an excellent location, where you can experience both culture and nature up close. It is one of five houses that comprise Agriturismo Diacceroni, and is situated a pleasant 5 minute walk from the main farm house which is called Diacceroni, where one will find the restaurant with high class cuisine, friendly staff and the riding stables.
Diacceroni farm is located in an excellent position surrounded by lush Tuscan fields on an estate of 250 hectares. When you want to see Tuscany, this is the place to experience it. You'll feel like your standing in a painting.

Carl was hospitalised in 2013 with a brain abscess that was crushing his nervous system and left him temporarily paralysed. What clothing should I bring?
In November, the average daily maximum temperature is 23C/73F. In general, we recommend you bring smart-casual clothing and something light for yoga and mediation, and also because we'll be eating together at a beautiful table outside in the garden, we recommend you bring something to keep you warm. If you would like to use the swimming pool, please bring swimwear.
