Back in the day, I would sabotage any healthy & productive New Year’s resolutions with EXCUSES or even worse, PROCRASTINATION. Even though, the entire time there was always a little voice inside me that said…

At a certain point I had to say, I’m done with making excuses. I’m done with the disappointment that procrastination brings. I’m done with feeling stuck. And, I’m done with playing small.
Because that’s not the way I want to live. That’s not the way I want YOU to live. I want YOU to have YOUR BEST YEAR yet.
So if you’ve been procrastinating and suppressing the full potential inside of you until it’s screaming to come out—I have a message for you today.
It’s time to cultivate new powerful habits that will propel you to GREATNESS in 2019!
1.) Exercise first thing every morning. Raise your vitality and radiance. Start the day energising your body with stretching, running or weightlifting.
2.) Read or watch a video training for 60 minutes every day. Learn something new, grow your knowledge and allow yourself to be inspired.

3.) Speak your truth even when it’s scary. Cultivate your true authentic voice to nurture assertiveness and confidence in who you are and having your needs met.
4.) Remove naysayers from your life. Let go of those who zap energy from you. Instead, surround yourself with supportive, likeminded people.
5.) Let yourself be inspired by art and nature. Draw inspiration from your local surroundings. Gift yourself a visit to a museum, gallery, garden or woodland.
6.) Create a one page plan to excel in 2019. Never leave success to chance. Create a handy roadmap to help you stay focused and avoid distractions.
7.) Write in a daily journal. Note your gratitudes, achievements, intentions and solutions to nurture your mind & spirit.
8.) Do the things that frighten you. Step beyond the confines of your comfort zone and dare to do one new brave thing each week to become a better version of you.
9.) Be the kindest person you know. Give more compliments. Praise others even when they are not present. Be generous with your time and offers of help.
10.) Make creating your dream business a priority. Learn how to create a meaningful and profitable business with who you are and what you know that fills you with joy, excitement and the freedom you desire and deserve.
